About the roomies

Hi, There are currently 2 of us living in the property.

I am the sister of the owner, and another tenant who is a very good friend of me and we work together. He is the manager at Chicking, and I work across a few different sectors including caregiving.

We have a lovely home environment - we often cook together and live like a family, with a lot of love and respect for each other. At the same time, we fully respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

The owners are my sister and her husband. They both work in the construction industry as a Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor and are currently based in Wellington. They visit the property occasionally, maybe weekly or fortnightly, to check in.

We are looking for someone clean, respectful, and friendly to join our peaceful home.
