The place will be furnished and more homely shortly. I will update the photos once it’s all sorted.

My room and the room available are sepreated by a third bedroom, for a bit of extra space to mitigate any noise.

The board includes all bills including fibre.

Home has 2 heatpumps and a fireplace which I plan to get working again.

You’ll be living with me (35M). I have a 1 year old child who will stay over 2-3 nights per week and be over during the day, before or after work depending what shifts I am working and upto 5 days a week. A child friendly environment, so ideally someone good with kids around, or has thier own child part-time could work out well.

My child is well behaved and sleeps through the night with no issues.

I work fulltime in youth support work doing scattered shifts upto 60 hours per week

I’m pretty chilled out and 100% drama free, drug free and rarely drink or have people over due to being busy. No partner or dating currently. I’m tidy and respectful and aim to create a comfortable home for me, my daughter and whoever ends up living with us.

I am a qualified builder and will likely do a little bits of work on the house over time - replacing / painting things etc.
