We are located in Toi Toi very close to Nelson town, hospital etc. The house was built 2 years ago so is in great condition. We have 2 rooms available 1 person 1 room = $230 excluding power 1 person 2 room = 375 excluding power (For people wanting 2 rooms for one bedroom one study/work/storage area)

About the roomies

My parter and I (20 and 22) own the home and are in the main room with ensuite. We currently have another 20 year old female in our other room but she is leaving the area soon so we will be looking for another flatmate shortly, so the main bathroom is shared between 2 people.

We are very clean, respectful and chill people. We have a 6 month huntaway/Rottweiler she is very friendly but can be playful.
