Nice modern house, warm and quiet. Bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe, also an option for the other room, house has 3 bedrooms but one is set up as an office. 2 bathrooms and toilets so if required I can do $275 for just the room and you have the use of the bathroom and toilet plus the rest of the house such as the lounge and kitchen etc. At present I am not living here until the 2nd of November, hence I can be flexible which room. Kitchen has a gas hob and modern cooktop and oven. Walk in pantry and lots of cupboards and draws. Dishwasher etc. Lots of light from a sky light in Kitchen. Small patio and established garden.

I will be living in one of the rooms, I am in my fifties and reasonably fit and active. I am on a plant and whole food diet, So ideally having a room / flat mate with similar ideologies would work best. No meat of any sort to be cooked inside. I am into Lego, cycling and a few other hobbies, like to listen to music and movies. The area is quiet but the house has extra sound proofing and insulation.
