Looking for a comfortable place to call home? We have two rooms available in our spacious, recently refurbished Feilding home, including a separate outside sleepout for someone who enjoys a little more privacy.
Room 1, Large Sunny Bedroom
A generous bedroom inside the main house with plenty of natural light and a peaceful outlook.
Large double wardrobe, plenty of room for a queen or king bed, plus additional furniture.
Room 2, Outside Sleepout
A comfortable, spacious sleepout just outside the main house. A great option if you prefer a little more privacy and your own space, while still having easy access to the shared facilities inside.
The house is large, sunny and recently refurbished, with fully furnished shared living areas, so you only need to furnish your own room.
There is a large section with plenty of outdoor space, lawns are maintained for free, and some off street parking is available.
We have a friendly, relaxed and respectful household, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.
Location
Situated in a quiet, central Feilding neighbourhood, within easy walking distance of dairies, takeaways and everyday conveniences. Feilding town centre is also only a short distance away.
Costs
Rent, $200 per week
Expenses, $26 per week, covering power, internet, rubbish, lawn mowing, and some basic shared cleaning products.
Normal household power usage is included, unusually high power bills may require an additional contribution.
