My brother and I have purchased our first house together and with our current Flatties moving on to their next adventure we need some replacements to help keeping our heads above water a little easier. We can offer new carpeting and renovated kitchen & bathroom, Off street parking available and plenty of storage. Very close to The Hub Hornby/Dressmart & near main arterial routes making commuting quick and easy. Weekends for us look like gym, car stuff as needed and relaxing with music & movies. Long-term preferred(not required) Please no Winz Warriors

Izaac - 28m - Chill car guy who likes cars (ovbs), music, movies, gym- a whole lot of stuff really. I work Mon-Fri so weekends are for unwinding, recharging & stuff i find fun. Ethan - 25m - Gluten free gym goer with a mild tv addiction and a load of vinyl. Sweet tooth and diabetes make for a fun combination. I work Mon-Fri as a welder and enjoy listening to audiobooks.
