My brother and I have purchased our first house together and with our current Flatties moving on to their next adventure we need some replacements to help keeping our heads above water a little easier. We can offer new carpeting and renovated kitchen & bathroom, Off street parking available and plenty of storage. Very close to The Hub Hornby/Dressmart & near main arterial routes making commuting quick and easy. Weekends for us look like gym, car stuff as needed and relaxing with music & movies. Long-term preferred(not required) Please no Winz Warriors
