One very large master bedroom with own en-suite, two built in wardrobes, and plenty of storage space in a spacious house close to everything.

Board includes the cost of rent, power, water, fibre internet, firewood, and garden maintenance. All household furnishings whiteware and kitchen utensils are included. Boarders provide their own bedroom furniture and consumables.

The room is available for a single person or a couple of any orientation. One additional well behaved relaxed dog can be considered. No cats.

The House is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, private, spacious, elevated, sunny, dry and warm. Large open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge with a beautiful wooden vaulted ceiling and large log burner for cosy winters opening onto a large sun drenched deck for summer BBQ’s. All day sun, internal garage, fully fenced and bush views.

The area is safe and quiet with a rural feel while being close to the airport, hospital, stoke, beach and town. There are multiple reserve walks and a park with a stream across the road.

There is a very large internal garage with a workshop and plenty of bench space and storage. One garage carpark and one off street car park available. There is no drum kit or piano in the house.
