Upstairs bedroom. Unfurnished excellent neighbour’s we are quiet and down to earth.we don’t have parties but u r welcome to have friends n family over. Smoking outside we don’t mind vape what u do in yr personal life is yr business. Not wanting couples at this stage but we don’t mind older couples. Also must b working or studying if your older yr fine to stay home etc
