About the room

Hello, I am moving out of my room soon and am looking for someone to move in! The house is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property with plenty of parking available.

The available (unfurnished) bedroom gets lots of afternoon sun, which is lovely. Double wardrobe and large window.

Shared kitchen and dining space, open-plan style, great for having a couple of mates around. Flick me a message and we can organise a viewing :)

Move-in date: Saturday 24th October. Move-in costs: $765 bond + $99 in advance (i.e. a portion of that initial week’s rent since moving in on Saturday and weekly rent periods begin on Tuesdays). = $864 total move-in costs.

About the roomies

You’ll be sharing the property with 1 other flatmate, a female UC student in her early 30s. The flatmate is easy-going, clean & tidy. We’re looking for someone respectful and quiet; no partiers, please (though casual/social drinks are fine). Must be LGBTQ+ - friendly. Looking forward to hearing from you. :)
