The available (unfurnished) bedroom has a double wardrobe, and a large window. The room gets lots of morning sun.
Shared kitchen and dining space, open-plan style, great for hosting a couple of mates. Kitchen has heaps of storage and a large covered pantry space.
Shared bathroom with under-the-sink storage - this room gets lots of sun, so it’s always lovely and bright.
HUGE triple garage, so if you come with extra things/furniture, there is A LOT of storage for those!
Property comes with one washing machine, one dryer, one fridge-freezer, and a quality working AC/heat pump. The property also recently had another Healthy Homes assessment and passed in all areas.
