Bright, sunny front room with built-in drawers and a Wardrobe can be furnished with a single bed but would need bedding or bring your own bed and bedding. Quite rural property with a large section, a sunny spot sheltered from the weather is next to the garage with a clothes line so you can sit outside under clear light roof. We’re only 8 minutes to Tapanui or 20 minutes drive to Gore. Costs may increase a small amount over winter. Must buy your own food and toiletries. Your room, power, WiFi and heating are all covered in the cost of room rent.

I’m 44 years old, I have serious lung problems and a back injury I have a clumsy goofy dog 🐕. I’m a vegetarian and, I take care of my elderly mother who is 76 years old with a heart condition and COPD. We would like a non smoking, working female who is responsible, respectful, clean and tidy with references. We buy our own food and toiletries but we add $10 for household items eg; Washing powder, toilet paper, dish liquid, hand wash, and handee towels. We have a wood burner and a Heatpump.
