The house is in an awesome location with great views and gets a lot of sun. The next bus stop for commuting is around the corner, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk down the road. The house is quite spacious.

The room is downstairs and unfurnished, but it comes with a good sized wardrobe. It easily fits a queen bed or a single bed and a desk. You will share the bathroom with 2 of the other flatmates, as one bedroom has an en-suite.

The rent is $245 per week, which includes all utilities. Bond is 2 weeks rent.

Expenses (fibre broadband, water, gas, electricity, cleaning products) are included.

We are looking for a mature and house-trained flatmate. We’re not a party flat.

No smoker, no pets.

The room will be available from 1 November.

Ideal flatmate: House-trained professional or mature student. Not under 30 y/o.

We’re 3 male professionals, all 50+ y/o. This is not just a house for us, but our home, and we treat it with care, even though none of us owns the house.
