The annex has its own separate entrance, kitchenette with refrigerator (if desired), and private bathroom. There is also an outdoor area and private garden with a table and chairs, to enjoy. A sought-after, stunning, convenient location close to bus, Milford Beach, Lake Pupuke, shops, supermarket, cafés, doctors, and local amenities. Rent includes power, water and shared access to the household laundry with dryer. The flatmate supplies their own washing powder or laundry detergent. Wi-Fi and Netflix access can be arranged if desired. We are seeking one considerate, tidy, non-smoking flatmate who enjoys a peaceful home environment. No pets, as we already have a resident cat. Three weeks’ written notice applies under the proposed flatmate agreement. Please message with a little about yourself, your preferred move-in date and how long you hope to stay.
