About the room

Looking for someone to share a spacious house on an elevated section. 4 bedrooms total, but only looking for one housemate to share with. We’d have one room and one bathroom each (both rooms have views), one room to use as a guest room, and one dedicated office room. There is parking on the property and on the street. There’s also a garden area shared with the tenants in the (completely separate) downstairs unit if you’d like to grow some veggies!
About the roomies
I am a high school teacher in my early 40s. I love a peaceful and clean home, but I am also fairly social and like to host friends every so often. My hobbies include dancing and hiking (with my friendly young dog). Looking to share long term with someone who is similarly clean, communicative, and friendly. Will consider shorter term stays.
