• Just a 5-minute drive to Sylvia Park and the motorway
• Bus stop right outside the townhouse complex, with easy access to Panmure and Ōtāhuhu train stations
• On street parking available

🏠 About the house

The townhouse has a modern, fully furnished living, dining and kitchen area, with all the essentials you’ll need in the shared spaces.

🛏️ Rooms available:

• Room 1 – $260/week: Medium-sized bedroom
• Room 2 – $210/week: Smaller bedroom

Utilities are approximately $20–$30 per week, on top of rent. Both rooms are unfurnished. There is a spare bed available, which can be used in either room on a first-come, first-served basis.
