We’re looking for someone to take over our room as we’re moving out! The flat has lovely views, a patio to enjoy, and a heat pump to keep things comfortable all year round.
The room comes with a bed included, and the flat has all the essential appliances, so you won’t need to worry about buying the basics.
The location is super convenient, with the train station, bus stops and local shops all nearby, making commuting and getting around easy.
The flat has a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who would be a good fit with the existing flatmates.

To secure the room and take over the tenancy, a bond payment of $786.66 and rent in advance (RIA) of $196.66 will be required, totalling $983.32 upfront.
These amounts are calculated based on the total weekly rent for the property of $590, with the bond and rent in advance each being one-third of the relevant amount for the incoming tenant. The landlord is also a Work and Income supplier.
The room itself is $187.50 per week. As of 19/02/2027 the total rent for the property is increasing, therefore your cost for the room will be going up to $210.83.
Our current flatmate male (25) is friendly, easygoing and easy to get along with. He works full-time and enjoys gaming in his spare time. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences living with him and he’s been a great flatmate to have. Overall, he’s a relaxed and respectful person to live with!
