The room is fully furnished with a generous sized wardrobe (with heaps of internal storage in the closet), plus bedroom furniture, desk and chair plus smart TV connected to wifi, including a queen-sized bed. It is a bright, cheerful room that is also quiet and feels private.

🏡 The house is fully insulated and double glazed, making it warm, dry and comfortable. The bathroom (with a large shower and gorgeous bathtub) is all yours. The house has an internal laundry room with a new washer and dryer. Convenient Glendowie location, close to shops, public transport, the beach and other amenities. We are looking for a tidy, respectful and responsible female flatmate who will treat the home with care.

Household bills are split (power, water, internet, wifi) and would run about $35 per week.

We’re naturally pretty quiet when it comes to music and noise, but we love a good chat and getting to know the people we live with.
