Emano Street

I have a room available in my small house in Emano Street from the 26th of October until the 23rd of May 2027.

The room can come with a double bed, a small desk, and a comfy chair.

The room is available to a vegetarian or someone prepared to not cook meat at home.

There are two enthusiastic, slightly needy dogs here so a good fit is someone who genuinely enjoys dogs. There is also a cat here but she doesn’t care for humans.

The cost of the room is 200 dollars per week which includes, water, power, unlimited fibre internet, and toilet paper/cleaning products etc. You will need to buy your own food. The room gets afternoon sun and there is a nice outdoor area and a porch to enjoy the Spring and Summer. There is one off street park available and there is space to park a bicycle under the house. I would prefer a flatmate that works and/or studies during the day rather than shift work. Someone clean, tidy, kind and thoughtful would be awesome.

I am a 55 year old female teacher that enjoys the outdoors and participating in dog sport. I am vegan but the dogs and cat are not.
