We are looking for another flatmate (male or female) for 2027 (January-December).

Info about the flat Our flat is in North East Valley, with a sunny backyard, on a quiet road with roadside parking. The house is a 6-bedroom, 2-storey house with 2 bathrooms (one for boys, one for girls). The backyard has great views of Dunedin, as seen in the photos. The rent is $140, not including utilities. The room on offer has double-glazed windows and a heater, photos below. The flat is a 20-25 minute walk to campus.

Who we’re looking for Someone relaxed, kind and easy to live with. Good vibes and good manners are a must. We would prefer someone who enjoys being part of the flat, whether that’s a chat in the kitchen or joining a hangout, rather than someone who just wants a room to sleep in. University student preferred.

About the people We are a flat of 3 boys and 2 girls (girls are on the 2nd floor). Most of us are in our third year next year and are 20-22 years old. The flat is friendly and social, with “flat hangouts” nearly every week. We are social but not often partying (usually quiet by 10pm). We all love the outdoors and often get out on the weekend to go hiking, running, etc.
