Room currently used as storage, will be cleared out well in advance of anyone moving in. Photos coming soon. Room size is 2.9 metres by just over 3 metres with built-in wardrobe space. Viewing and application available from now. Private room and storage (within reason), in a house with just myself. Non smoker required. $290 per week, 2 weeks rent in advance, security deposit will be lodged as bond with Tenancy New Zealand. Long term preferred. The $290 is not just a single room, it’s share of property rent, and is well furnished with the exception of the room in question. Rent as listed, and sharing power/internet etc. Buy your own food etc. Tidy house, the usual stuff, lounge, kitchen, has conservatory. Heat pump and fire place, plenty of wood. Sunny location, room has sun for most of the day. House is close to town, property has ample parking. I’d prefer someone mature and working. I’m an easy going, friendly 56 year old male, and I work full time. The house is furnished with all the usual things, a good kitchen, comfortable living room, with TV etc. All the usual stuff. Other space is available.

No other people will be sharing the house. I’m easy going, respectful of personal space, but I’m also chatty and friendly. I’m a tramper, educated man with a diverse selection of hobbies and interests. I’m not demanding and want the successful applicant to be relaxed, feel at home and come and go as they please, living their life.
