Location: -Right next to Victoria Park - lots of Farmer’s markets and planned activities -Central spot for public transport into and out of the city -15 minute bus / 30 minute walk to city campuses -15 minute walk to Harbour, 10 minute walk to sky tower -Short drive / walking distance to nearby grocery shops
Bills: -$34 per person per month for wifi -~$40 per person per month for electricity
About the roomies
About us -1 female flatmate in her late twenties, works in insurance, loves painting and very friendly -1 couple in late twenties, amazing baker, works as an accountant and on the ferries, both enjoy cycling, quite friendly -Very relaxed vibe. Everybody respects each other’s space, is easy to talk to, and keeps things quite tidy
Who we’re looking for: -Someone comfortable with a short-term let -Tidy, friendly, respectful -Non-smoker, no pets
