Costs: •Rent for the smaller room on the third level is $225 weekly.

  • Rent for the bigger room on the second level (away from the other bedrooms) is $235 weekly. Besides rent, there are also monthly bills (power, water, wifi) and a bond. We have 2 rooms to fill, but one of them could be leased for 3 months if that suits you better.

About the roomies

About the flatmates: There are two of us currently - 25Male working in retail and 23Female in uni and in hospitality. We are pretty respectful, work full time, love the occasional board game night and hosting the odd small events for close friends.
