We have a room available in our brand-new home in Hanley’s Farm, Queenstown.

The house is modern, clean and comfortable, located in a peaceful neighbourhood. You will be sharing the home with just one other couple (us), so there will only be four people living in the house in total.

The room is ideal for a tidy, respectful and friendly couple looking for a comfortable place to live.

Rent: $370 per week, plus bills.

Shared facilities: Kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area. The living room is private and not shared with flatmates.

We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces.

Conveniently located in Hanley’s Farm, with easy access to Queenstown and the surrounding areas.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 5–8 minute walk from the house, making it convenient to get around Queenstown.

We are a friendly, respectful and easygoing couple. We are engaged and work together. Our brand-new home in Hanley’s Farm is currently being built and is expected to be ready in December, so we will all be moving in around the same time.
