Furnishing-wise, the room comes with just a built-in wardrobe. It is large enough to fit a queen bed, a desk, and extra storage dressers if needed. The lounge is spacious and also connects with the large kitchen and dining area. Most of the white ware comes with the flat, and the property owner is in talks to buy a dryer. 2 bathrooms, one is large and comes with both a bath and a shower and the other bathroom just a shower. Large garage not connected to the house for storage of bikes and other outdoor equipment. Bond will be split equally, with each flatmate paying $800 (4 weeks), and then rent is split by size of the rooms. Finally, available parking spaces down a private gated driveway, with the flat being in proximity to Northlands shopping centre and a 10-15 minute drive to UC campus.
We are 4 flatmates who are moving in together after being in different flats last year. We are all 3rd-year university students studying at UC, with 3 of us doing engineering and the other doing a double major. Any more questions, please send them through.
