About the room
I have two bedrooms available in my house. The bedrooms both have wardrobes. The lounge is joint to the kitchen area and gets the sun throughout the day. The house is down a long driveway off the immediate street which makes it quiet. The private backyard is fully fenced. House has not long ago been double glazed.
This house is in Casebrook which makes it nice and quick to get around Christchurch including to the city, Northlands mall, airport, University of Canterbury and the beach.
This is not a party house and also no smoking and vaping.
