Modern spacious 3-bedroom home with open plan living, a great kitchen and a private sunny deck. The room can be furnished with a set of drawers and a queen bed or you’re welcome to use your own. It has a built-in double wardrobe with a mirror.There is also the possibility of you having use of the third bedroom for an increase in rent. This might make a good study or I would consider it as a childs bedroom for the right person. A well trained, small animal would be welcome after I’d met it. I want my home to be safe and secure at all times. Room is available approximately 29th of September 2026.
