About the room

Located on Hocken street in Kenmure, this ready to move in room and built wardrobe in is fully furnished the only thing required is a mattress. This room gets a lot of morning sun all year round and is fully insulated with new/highest grade double glazing installed. This house with will be shared with me and my partner so bills will be split evenly and are already cheap as we have free power 9pm-12am everyday. We also have a wee cat so no pets would be allowed. Heated towel rail has also been added to the bathroom We have recently upgraded the deck and will ready to enjoy for the summer 2 allocated car parks for you and off street parking Please see the photos provided and if you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask me 😄
