We are a mixed flat and looking for one or two additional mature people to join us at our house in Mornington.

Can rent on a week by week basis. Internet and power is included in the rent.

I have two medium sized rooms (bed included) available at Avoca Street in Mornington. It’s a shared lounge area and bathroom, and it’s about 20 minutes up Glen Road from the house to the center of Mornington and 25 minutes down from the house to get to South Dunedin.

High speed internet with Unifone is included in the rent. Shared fridge and washing machine.

I’ve returned to my home in New Zealand after years spent overseas, and I’d like to assemble a new team. I’m looking for reliable, mature flatmates to join me at this place on Avoca Street.
