Avoca Street

Can rent on a month by month basis. Internet is included, split the power bill.

I have three large, unfurnished rooms available at Avoca Street in Mornington. I’m looking for three great flatmates to move in on or after the 9th of September. Shared lounge area and bathroom. It’s close to the city centre and supermarket.

High speed internet with Unifone is included in the rent. Fridge and washing machine, need help to make it a home.

I’m returning to my home in New Zealand after ten years spent overseas, and I’d like to assemble a crew! I’m looking for some reliable, not too loud, easy going flatmates to join me at this place in Mornington.

Update: I am now back in Dunedin and living at the house. I’m happy to organise a viewing on this site while I look for a mobile data provider.
