Hey there! We have a room going in in our 6 bedroom, 2 toilet, 1 shower flat in North East Valley. The flat is in a great location; the bus stop is right outside, the NW is a 5-10min walk, and uni is a 10m bike ride (with no hills). The bedroom is very roomy, and Rent is $180 a week + expenses. We have the flat for next year as well - but rent is going up to $190. The room comes with a cupboard and a desk if you want them, possibly the bed as well.

My flatmates (all students this year) are friendly, social and delightful people. We are a queer friendly household, and have a wide range of interests, such as art, activism and music. ❤ There is often a social vibe in the living room, with good conversations and partners and friends welcome to pop round. We do veggie flat dinners, with a weekly cooking roster, and a communal weekly shop. We are looking for someone 18 - 30. Bring your own unique personality and vibe. 😃
