A big bright spacious room located 10 mins walk from town.

The room can come furnished with a bed, dresser and side table (I inherited it all from the previous housemate and I’m happy to part ways with it all since I’m moving country). The windows open onto the backyard, catching the afternoon rays. There’s a shared massive bathroom with a claw foot tub and heaps of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need. We have a washer, a dryer and clothes line out the back. The house is very central, near woolies, and a 10 minute walk to town, with bus routes right at our door step.

Move in is flexible, bond is 4 weeks rent, the lease ends in Feb with option to extend.

The house has 3 other flatmates who are all wonderful, friendly people. We love to watch movies together, have a few casual bevs on the weekend in the living room. It’s not really a party house, but more of a calming and relaxed space. We enjoy sitting in the backyard when the sun is out.
