Looking for somewhere with a bit more space without being miles from civilisation?
We’ve got a room becoming available in our spacious, furnished 4-bedroom home on a beautiful lifestyle property in Whenuapai!
Just 10 minutes from Westgate, with easy motorway access to the North Shore and wider Auckland. The West Harbour ferry to the CBD is also a short drive away.
The room & house:
- Good-sized upstairs bedroom with double wardrobe and plenty of natural light.
- Large bathroom and separate toilet, shared with just one other flatmate.
- Secure off-street parking for 1–2 vehicles.
- All the usual household amenities, plus heaps of storage and a secure workshop/tool room.
We’re lucky enough to live on a beautiful, spacious lifestyle block with plenty of privacy, gardens and native birds. There’s heaps of room to enjoy the summer, entertain friends and make the most of the outdoors! We’ve also got two dogs, chickens (fresh eggs!) and a couple of horses.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with four flatmates in our mid-20s. We’re a fun, friendly and easygoing bunch with our own interests and hobbies, but we enjoy getting together over good food, a few drinks and great conversation. We love a good laugh, plenty of banter and the occasional BBQ or bonfire!
We’re looking for someone in their mid-20s to 30s who’s friendly, reliable and considerate. We’d love someone with a lively personality, a good sense of humour and a bit of enthusiasm for getting involved! Someone who’s independent and has their own interests, but also enjoys being part of the household and making the place feel like home.
Everyone pitches in with keeping the house tidy and general upkeep, including some mowing. Ideally, we’re hoping to find someone who wants to settle in long-term.
Unfortunately, no additional dogs or cats, but other pets and horse grazing may be considered.
