Hi all! We have 1 ensuite room available in our 5-bedroom 3 bathroom flat on Dominion Road. The House: Close to Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, and just 5 minutes away from St Lukes. Travelling into the city centre & Newmarket is very easy with the bus stop literally right up our driveway and buses (64, 25L, 25B). We’re situated down near the end of a long driveway so there is minimal foot traffic, and it is very safe. Two young families live on either side of us, they’re quiet and friendly. Bedroom: The room comes unfurnished but the person who’s leaving is moving back to Malaysia and is happy to sell you all the furniture there for $300 the furniture there include a queen bed, a desk, a chair, drawer, mirror etc. There is a balcony with space for a few chairs and a large walk in wardrobe leading into the ensuite bathroom. Rent = $340 + $25pp expenses. Expenses include - all bills (water, power, wifi) and cleaning supplies. Move in cost = $736 bond, plus one week’s rent in advance Date available = the move in date is negotiable, early Nov works well.
