I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our student flat over the summer, perfect for anyone doing a summer internship in Auckland.

We have a furnished room available in a clean, well-maintained flat on Sylvan Avenue East, Mt Eden. It’s just 100m from Mt Eden train station, with direct trains to the city taking around 10 minutes.

Room is: $235 per week + utilities, with a queen bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

Flat details: Four-person flat with male university students Sublet until mid-February Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, including a fridge, microwave, oven, rice cooker and washing machine Parking available The flatmates are tidy, respectful and easy to live with. Available from early to mid-November, with flexible move-in dates.
