About the room

The house is a walk and sunny two storey home, one bedroom is on the ground floor and one is on the second floor, it has lots of natural light, is well insulated, has a heat pump, two bathrooms and the available rooms have large inbuilt wardrobes. Very close to Havelock North village probably 3 minute walk to shops, pubs and restaurants, laundromat, super market 5 min max away but far enough away to be out the busyness too. $310 PW including internet and reasonable use of power. About the roomies

You will be sharing with a female in her 20’s and her 6mth old house trained puppy. This won’t be a party house, but would like to share the house with people who enjoy socialising, who are relaxed and happy to share space without being in each other pockets. Looking for people working or in full time study.
