My fiancé and I are looking for a single boarder or a couple to move into our brand-new home on Bill Harvey Drive, Halswell, which will be ready in December 2026! 🏠✨

A little bit about us — I’m a stay-at-home mum to our beautiful 6-month-old baby girl 👶🏼💗, and my fiancé works as a refrigeration technician. We’re a little family looking for someone friendly, respectful, tidy and comfortable living in a family home with a little one.

✨ A little about the house: 🏡 Brand-new, double-glazed home 🛏️ Private, unfurnished bedroom (approximately 3 m × 3 m, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture) 🍳 Full access to the kitchen 🧺 Access to the laundry and washing machine 🚿 Your own bathroom for everyday use, as we have our own ensuite 📶 Wi-Fi included 🚭 No smokers, please, as this is a shared family home with a baby.

💰 Weekly rent: • $230 per week for a single person • $320 per week for a couple

⚡ Power and other household bills are split separately and evenly.
