We have a room available in a nice, furnished flat in Phillipstown down a driveway, living with three others two females and a male we’re in our late 20s and early 30s so looking for someone around a similar age or older

Rent: $145 per week Power: Split between the four of us Bond: $580

The house is furnished, but you’ll need your own bedroom furniture. The room has a built in double wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage!

A little about us:

We’re friendly, tidy and laidback people who enjoy a peaceful home. We’re looking for someone who is similar ideally an introvert who is working or studying, and is friendly, mature and respectful of shared spaces.

We’re a neurodiverse and rainbow friendly household, so we value an accepting, inclusive and understanding environment where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves 💕

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a quieter lifestyle. This isn’t a party flat though we do have some friends over for board game nights on occasion but we let everyone know beforehand:)

We’d love someone who appreciates a calm, peaceful home while still being happy to have a friendly chat!
