About the room
I recently purchased this JAPAC home, built in 2019, and the house is essentially in new condition.
All windows and doors are double glazed, making the house really warm, quiet and comfortable.
The available room can come furnished with a king-size bed if required. It’s a lovely, firm bed that can also be split into two king singles. I can store either the whole bed or half of it, depending on what works best for you. Sheets are not provided.
I am in the master bedroom which has an ensuite, leaving the main bathroom for you.
The house has a large, open living area and kitchen, which is great for relaxing, cooking and hanging out. There are also two decks, so you can make the most of the sun throughout the day.
I’m hoping to find a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate who I get along with and can enjoy sharing the house with. :)
