Looking for a calm, safe, and welcoming place to call home? We have a beautiful, large two-story house in Atawhai with stunning sea views from the lounge and conservatory, and peaceful hills in the back.

The Location:

Convenient: Just a 5-minute drive north of Nelson city centre. Accessible: A 5-minute walk to the bus stop for heading straight into town. The Space:

Your Room: A large, downstairs double room, separate from the main living area and other occupants. Furnishings: The space is currently unfurnished but can be furnished upon request. The Outdoors & Spa:

The Grounds: A spacious, private outside area with a deck on one side, and a shaded area overlooking a garden (green thumbs are very welcome!) with mature fruit trees. The Spa: Includes a spa pool that gets heated from Friday through to Sunday evening for relaxing weekend soaks. The Household & Vibe:

The Occupants: You will be sharing the home (lounge, kitchen, bathroom) with a professional female in her late 40s (who works from home full-time and runs a side business on weekends) and a secondary school-aged daughter, who is here every other week. The Pet: There is also a goofy and friendly dog who is the true man of the house! The Atmosphere: This is a quiet, respectful, and peaceful home offering plenty of private spaces for calm and quiet reflection. Details:

Rent: $270 per week. Included: Includes reasonable use of all utilities (power, water, internet). Requirements: Bond and references required.
