It’s a lovely sized separate room/sleepout……..the property has a back yard that feels like you are living in the country 😀 Kitchen and bathroom are in the main house. Also it is semi furnished with a queen bed. A little about the place, I just brought the house….my 11yr old daughter and I live here. Lovely neighbor hood and very quiet street.
