About the room

One-bedroom, self-contained apartment on the ground floor of our family home. Has a large double bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchenette. Comes furnished. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, one block from the beach. Papamoa Plaza is within walking distance along the scenic Te Ara ō Wairākei reserve pathway. Alternatively Fresh Choice Papamoa and Pearl Kitchen are also just a stroll away. The apartment has a separate entry and bills are included.

Myself, my husband and our primary aged daughter live in the house above the apartment and we have a cat and a super friendly dog.
