We have one generous bedroom available in our warm and comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Stokes Valley. The room has a large double wardrobe, and you’ll have your own bathroom. We can provide a queen bed if needed, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture.

The house is fully insulated with double glazing throughout, has fibre internet, plenty of storage, off-street parking and a massive garden. If you enjoy gardening, there are also garden beds you can use! 🌱

We’re close to Lower Hutt, shops and local amenities, with a bus stop just a minute’s walk away and the train station about a 5-minute drive.

We’re also a dog-friendly household, so if you have a well-behaved pet, feel free to tell us a little about them!

We’re a married couple in our mid-to-late 20s, and we’ve recently settled into our first home. We’re both working professionals who want our home to be a comfortable, welcoming place where everyone feels at ease.

We love cooking and baking, so there’s usually something tasty around the house! We’re also into video games, board game nights and movie nights. We’re always happy to have a chat or share a meal, but we also understand that everyone needs their own space and downtime.

We have two border collies, Oreo and Maple, who are very much part of the family. They’re extremely social and love having people around, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs. Fair warning: you might end up with two furry shadows following you around! 🐶🐾

We’re hoping to find a friendly, considerate flatmate who wants a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. We’re open to a single person or a couple, and responsible pet owners are welcome to enquire. Ideally, we’d love someone looking to stay long-term.
