Medium-sized room with a lockable door and closet. The property has plenty of off-street parking, a double garage and a big backyard. Its located only 100m from a bus stop, close to town, and a 7 minute drive to Massey. Our expenses (power, wifi, and bins) tend to average around $24.50 a week and we also contribute $30 a week each for dinners to take turns cooking. We have two rooms available so let us know if you want to apply with a friend.
We are a quiet flat but we have a real friendly, cozy and social environment. We are both 20 years old studying at massey. We are looking for people who are respectful and tidy, friendly and social, preferably female and similar age, no smokers. Our lease is pet friendly providing you pay a pet bond, however there is no front gate or fence for a dog.
