🚪One large bedroom, plenty of space to fit a queen size bed and more furniture. Massive wardrobe that spans the width of the room.
🏡The rest of the house is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one flatmate.
🚗There is one off street park available for you - internal access double garage. Plenty of room in there for extra storage too.
Weekly expenses come to about $40 per week, but may go up in the colder months. Covers power, gas, internet, council bin bags and other communal house hold items.
You’ll be living with myself, 26F working as an electrician and another flatmate once the other room is filled.
