This is a good sized bedroom with a large double wardrobe. Shared bathroom with up to 1 other person. 5 bedroom house in a quiet location. The house is fully furnished so you only need to provide your bedroom furniture, although this room can come furnished if you would prefer. There are multiple living spaces, and there is a full home gym in the garage that you will have access too. There are 2 cats living at the property, so it would suit an animal lover or at least someone who doesn’t mind giving the cats the odd pat and some attention.
Currently a 21yr old male who is into fitness and basketball. Social and enjoys a chat, but also appreciates his own privacy. 2 other rooms currently advertised, so could be 2 other flatmates when the rooms get filled. Will likely be people in their 20’s and a combination of males and females.
