This is a good sized bedroom with a large wardrobe. Shared bathroom with up to 1 other person. 5 bedroom house in a quiet location. The house is fully furnished so you only need to provide your bedroom furniture. There are multiple living spaces, and there is a full home gym in the garage that you will have access too. There are 2 cats living at the property, so it would suit an animal lover or at least someone who doesn’t mind giving the cats the odd pat and some attention.
Currently a 21yr old male who is into fitness and basketball. Social and enjoys a chat, but also appreciates his own privacy. 2 other rooms currently advertised, so could be 2 other flatmates when the rooms get filled. Will likely be people in their 20’s and a combination of males and females.
