About the room

Main bedroom in a two bedroom unit. Semi-furnished, but you will need your own bedroom furniture. Full use of the rest of house. The unit has been modernised, with a new kitchen and bathroom is updated. Very close to motorway access and a short walk to the train station and Woolworths.

About the roomies

You will be sharing the unit with the owner, who is using it as a base when in Auckland for work - about 2x nights a week only. Looking for a roommate that is employed, likes a quiet peaceful living environment and is tidy. I am not into partying, drinking and loud music.
