My partner and I are looking for a couple to take the other room in our 2 bedroom flat.

You would be living with my partner and I, both 21 and full time workers. Looking for a like-minded couple who are social, but also respect each others space. We’d love to do flat outings, drinks, movie nights etc. so if this sounds like you please apply today.

The flat is located central city on Salisbury street, so great location with restaurants, bars, and activities right on your doorstep.

The room is large with a big wardrobe with built in shelving and drawers. There’s also an office space which you would be free to use as you please and you’d have your own bathroom.

The flat is unfurnished currently, we will be getting furniture for the common areas when we move in but you are welcome to bring furniture if you already have some. The flat comes with a washing machine and dryer.

There is also a garage for extra storage, there won’t be room for a car so it’s on-street parking only.

Rent would be $237.50 a week for a couple and utilities would be split between the 4 of us. Room is available from the 21st of November.

I finished my studies just after lockdown with a commerce degree so it was a very tough job market to enter into but I was lucky enough to get an admin job so that’s what I’m doing for now. My partner works for the north Canterbury branch of Novus autoglasss. We bought a campervan recently so we love just going away in that whenever we get the chance and exploring new places. When we’re not traveling we like to just hangout with our friends or flatmates, have bbqs, or go out for drinks or food. My partner, Joel also has a motorbike and that’s a big passion of his.
