Looking for a flatmate to join us in a newly built home late April. Currently in construction, this is due to be completed late March give or take hence looking for someone to join us a month after although can be flexible with the move-in date.

A 3bedroom 2 bathroom house, the double room is available.

This is a corner house with kitchen and lounge views directly to Bruce Pullman Park. 5-10mins drive to supermarkets, train station etc…

No couples sorry-single person only. This is not a party house. We are a working couple who enjoy our own space and are past the partying phase. Will suit someone who likes their own space to do their own thing but don’t mind the odd drink/chat etc… No pets or smokers please. Off street parking only.

House is fully furnished but your room will be unfurnished (may arrange for bed only if required)

$210 + utilities which will be split between the three of us (cooking gas, water, power and wifi). Move in cost $840 (3weeks bond + 1 week advance).
