Have a room available for rent in Spreydon, Christchurch. Available from towards the end of July. Will likely be a short term situation until the end of the year or start of 2022.

I am a young professional, work shift work but with a good pattern that won’t disturb you at all hours of the evening. I own the place and it’s my first home and am keen for a chill vibe with fun people. Will likely have friends moving in in 2022 so after something more short term !
